Refund policy

Returns
Due to all orders being handmade we have a strict return policy. We only accept returns for defective items. We do quality check each order before packaging/shipping. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
All items are made to order so we do not accept exchanges at this time.

Refunds
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be refunded in full including shipping fees.
